AGUSTA A119 KOALA HELICOPTER

The A119 KOALA is the new Mono-motor helicopter with a widebody turbine, developed by Agusta to provide security, operational ability, and improved performance at a competitive price. Even being a light monoturbine (Pratt and Whitney PT6-37 of 1000 horse power) it incorporates the same sophisticated technology used in the biggest biturbine machines.
It can transport up to seven passengers , or over 1300Kg of cargo, offering a spacious and comfortable cabin; 30% bigger than any other monoturbine helicopter.

The absence of internal structures allows fast and easy change of configuration and hence adaptation for different missions.
The Rescue Helicopter version allows upto two stretchers to be loaded, with two medical assistants, without any intrusion into the pilots cabin.
